Terms & conditions

  1. By redeeming or attempting to redeem this offer, you agree to accept and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
  2. This offer commences at 00:00 (AEST) on 1 September 2017 and ends at 23.59 (AEST) on 31 December 2017 (“Offer Period”). To qualify for the offer, Buyers must return the Eligible Item in accordance with the Seller’s return policy (“Return Period”).
  3. The offer entitles you to return your purchase of an Eligible Item for free when:
    1. you purchase an Eligible Item during the Offer Period;
    2. the Eligible Item is offered on the site and is located in Australia only;
    3. Both the Buyer's delivery address and the Seller's return address are in Australia;
    4. your Seller accepts returns;
    5. you return your Eligible Item to the Seller in accordance with the Return Period; and
    6. your return is a Remorse Return.
  4. An “Eligible Item” means the following:
      1. any item with maximum weight of 10 kg and total dimensions (length + width + height of the parcel) of 120cm;
      2. no illegal, dangerous, flammable or items comprising or containing any good prohibited by the carrier (ParcelPoint and Australia Post) as follows:
        1. ParcelPoint prohibited goods
        2. Australia Post dangerous & prohibited items; and
      3. you agree to make a "No Dangerous Goods" declaration if the item is being returned using an Australia Post return label.
  5. A “Remorse Return” means a return for one of the following reasons:
    1. The item doesn’t fit
    2. Changed my mind
    3. Found a better price
    4. Just didn’t like it
    5. Ordered by mistake.
  6. To redeem this offer during the Offer Period, go to your My eBay Purchase History from your desktop and click the “return this item” option next to your purchased item. Select a reason why you are returning the Eligible Item and follow the instructions. You will then receive an email in your My eBay Messages and registered email account prompting you to print your return label along with instructions on how to return your Eligible Item.  
  7. You must read and comply with the Seller’s returns policy, and the Seller must accept your return in order for you to qualify for this offer.
  8. Bulky (max 10kg, 120 cubic dimensions) items are excluded from the offer and cannot be returned for free.  If your item is bulky you must arrange the return directly with your Seller.
  9. Courier pick-up via the ParcelPoint returns service is excluded from the offer. If you are in a high and medium density geographic area and would like to arrange for a courier to pick up your Eligible Item via the ParcelPoint returns service, you may do so for a small additional fee. 
  10. Depending on the Seller’s return policy, your Eligible Item may be eligible for a cash refund, exchange or merchandise credit. Please check the Seller’s return policy for full details.
  11. A restocking fee may apply. Please check the Seller’s return policy to see whether a restocking fee applies. This offer excludes any applicable restocking fee.
  12. eBay reserves the right to disallow or reverse a discount in circumstances where it believes a sale or return of any item as part of this sale has not been made in good faith. This includes any collusive conduct by buyers or sellers or any other conduct which eBay considers unfair or untoward.
  13. You must be an registered member.
  14. Your account must be active at the time of redemption (not suspended nor made inactive by eBay).
  15. This offer cannot be withdrawn into your bank account and cannot be transferred.
  16. To the extent permitted by law, eBay and PayPal will not be responsible for any loss incurred by you in redeeming or attempting to redeem the offer or for any costs, damages, accident, delay, injury, loss, expense, or inconvenience that may arise in connection with the use of the offer.
