We've put together this simple guide to selling with PayPal on eBay, to help you get going.

If you don't have a PayPal account, you can still list items for sale, but you'll need an account to collect your funds. Watch a demo of how to open a free PayPal account.
Your buyers will have a choice to use PayPal or another payment method that you choose to offer, but it is compulsory to offer PayPal as one of your payment options.
Make sure you have a bank account linked with your PayPal account so you are able to withdraw your funds. Watch the demo here.
You can withdraw funds from your PayPal account into your linked bank account.

To eligible for PayPal Seller Protection, you'll need to provide proof of shipment. You may prefer to use a cheaper postage option that doesn't provide proof of postage for lower value items, but unfortunately if you do so, you will not be eligible for Seller Protection.
