What is it exactly?

The Security Key displays a random, six-digit code, which you'll use to log in to your PayPal or eBay.com.au account, along with your account password. You can choose from one of two keys:




This is an electronic device that creates a unique security code instantly, at the click of a button. It's the size of a credit card.



No cards involved here at all. You'll simply receive security codes by text message on your mobile phone.




 

What does it cost?

The Mobile Security Key is free. Only your regular mobile phone SMS costs apply. A Security Key card costs just A$7.50. Additional or replacement cards are the same price.

It couldn't be easier. Simply sign up now to use your mobile phone as a Security Key, or if you'd prefer a Security Key card, let us know and we'll ship it to you. Then activate the Security Key through your PayPal or eBay.com.au account.
