To help you avoid any challenges with your PayPal transaction, the following tips will help:

Check that your postal address is the same in both your eBay and PayPal accounts. You can check your eBay addresses in My eBay in the My Account section on eBay.com.au. Your PayPal address is found under Profile in My Account on PayPal.com.au.
If you'd like an item to be shipped somewhere else, make sure you communicate that particular shipping address to the seller in the "ship to" box after you hit "pay now" and log in to your PayPal account to make the payment. That way your instructions to the seller will be clear and documented in PayPal's system for a faster and smoother transaction.
Make sure your PayPal account is verified.
Check your bank account or credit debit card has enough funds available to let you complete the transaction.
